1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and epicwin8 ("epicwin8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the epicwin8 website located at https://epicwin8.co, its mobile applications, and all associated services, games, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on epicwin8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the epicwin8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. epicwin8 does not permit access to persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of epicwin8, or an immediate family member of any such person, without prior written consent.
• You must not be residing in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by epicwin8 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.

epicwin8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Account access and withdrawal rights may be suspended pending completion of age or identity verification. If any user is found to be underage, any funds deposited will be returned net of any bonuses claimed, and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of epicwin8 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account on epicwin8. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. epicwin8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and forfeit deposited funds attributed to fraudulent multi-account activity.
2. Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. epicwin8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. KYC Verification. epicwin8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents before withdrawals are processed.
5. Account Currency. All epicwin8 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at epicwin8's prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on epicwin8 are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. epicwin8 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Accepted Payment Methods. epicwin8 currently accepts Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and major credit/debit cards. Payment methods available may change from time to time and are subject to epicwin8's discretion.
• Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawals to local e-wallets and bank accounts are processed within one business day. epicwin8 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and certain deposited funds subject to promotional wagering requirements must be fully wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements applicable to specific promotions are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. epicwin8 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after written notice to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

epicwin8 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. epicwin8 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real money funds are used before bonus funds unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe. Uncompleted wagering will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, or coordination with other players, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• epicwin8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and in active use.
• Only one active welcome bonus per player lifetime. Players who have previously held an epicwin8 account under any username or email address are not eligible for new player promotions.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the epicwin8 Platform. Product-specific rules (casino, sportsbook, slots, lottery, e-sports) are available within the respective product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet Confirmation. A bet is confirmed when epicwin8 has registered and accepted it in its system. You are responsible for confirming your bet details before confirming placement. epicwin8 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the user.
• Obvious Error. epicwin8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or under clearly erroneous conditions (including technical errors, data feed errors, or pricing errors) regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Players will be notified of any such void and the staked amount refunded.
• Insufficient Funds. A bet will not be accepted if your account balance is insufficient to cover the full stake at the time of placement.
• Maximum Winnings. epicwin8 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per product category. Current limits are published within the respective product sections. Any winnings exceeding the stated limit will be paid at the applicable maximum only.
• Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the epicwin8 server log constitutes the definitive record. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant round or event settling. epicwin8's decision on disputed bets is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the epicwin8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform
• Colluding with other players or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in games or software
• Providing false identification or impersonating another person
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally prohibited
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after using the deposited funds for wagering

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the epicwin8 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, images, trademarks, service marks, and game assets — is the property of epicwin8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the epicwin8 Platform without prior written permission from epicwin8.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

epicwin8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. epicwin8 applies industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, epicwin8 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances outside epicwin8's reasonable control
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where epicwin8 has not been negligent in its security obligations
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits caused by third-party payment providers

epicwin8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

epicwin8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC or age verification within a specified timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Regulatory requirement or court order
• At epicwin8's discretion for any other reasonable business or compliance reason

Upon termination for breach, epicwin8 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If fraud or money laundering is established, epicwin8 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account and report the matter to relevant authorities. Upon legitimate account closure by the player, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

12. Responsible Gaming

epicwin8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from every account, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed by the player during the exclusion period.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Players access the Platform from their own location and are individually responsible for determining whether their use complies with local laws.

You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of epicwin8's registered jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

epicwin8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, epicwin8 will provide at least 14 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by email notification to registered players. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
